Well after about 5 or 6 months since this app was overhauled, everything seems to be working, except for the outage reporting. If I try to include it on the home page the app crashes. The only way to correct it is to clear out the app and start over leaving the outage reporting off. I guess we don't need to know if there is an outage in the area. I've reported this quite some time ago.

glitchy, does not save login information most of the time even though I selected it too. I would not recommend doing anything other than paying your bill with this app and even then it still has problems sometimes. enrolled in auto pay, it worked for a few months then it unenrolled me. Had to pay late fees because of this, Comed did not care that the app did this.

It's really easy to use, and to navigate. I've been having problems over the past 3 months with making a payment. It tells me that there's an error and I try again to be told it's a duplicate payment?!?!?! And then when i check my bank balance a payment has been made to ComEd!!! Fix it guys.
