If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

My experience using this app has been absolutely flawless. This is my must have app when I need to get a vehicle on short notice anytime of anyday. Theres just one improvement that will make this star shine brighter, and that would be to add a feature were a person can have more then one debit or credit card on file As oppose to just having one. PLEASE ADD THAT FEATURE.

Convenient but too expensive. I recently had my first rental with the car club. I had chosen the most basic insurance option to keep costs low and a rental of 3 hours and 30 mins with 93 miles mileage cost me £54.73. And this was the cheapest car available among the seven options I had within my city. You would be better off renting a small car for a day for lower than that or taking public transport. Unfortunately, I took the annual membership which I will be looking to cancel.
