worst app. machines never work, app never works, and we get the run around when trying to get help. i have had the account double charged before only to never get a refund. My apartments just switched to an even worse app and we didnt know, so my husband put 20$ on this, leaving us at 26$. not holding my breathe we will get a refund seeing as we'd isn't get one before when it was a mistake on their end. if you have the option just use frickin quarters.

More often than not, I have to use quarters. The app throws an error in 3/4 times I try to use it. Usually that the requested function isn't available. I try turning bluetooth off & on, disconnecting anything using Bluetooth, uninstalling & reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. edited 3/31/2025 an update came out to fix the issue, and it worked reasonably well for a few months. This week, it doesn't recognize the account, can't find WiFi and tells me to contact customer support.

terrible app. it installs but it won't let you set up an account. keeps giving connection problems. even when I'm standing right next to the router. I even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it it won't work. pure trash application. the machines 8 3 quarters a piece, so they're washing machines are trash as well. they state that they were out 2 days ago servicing these, LOL. pure shysters and liars. they don't even deserve a single star. that's the best I can do to afflict them.
