The game starts off great, but quickly becomes boring real fast. You don't get to see or do any battles. Needs more things for you to do like boss fights, arena, adventure stages. The higher the lv you are, the harder it gets to progress because you fall further behind in earning skill books, gold, and gems without buying them. This game almost feels like a money trap. Spend money to be able to keep progressing further. It's not worth spending money for little rewards & little progress.

All 'upgrades' you unlock have to be bought with ads, so it is impossible to progress without watching ads or buying ad removal package. But if you buy the removal package you have nothing to do but click upgrade buttons as the ads are the closest thing to gameplay this app has. Utter swill.

Idle Monster Tamer is a fun and addictive game, I am always finding myself on it for hours. It is also a huge time killer. I just adore the cute avatars and monsters. Me and my sister are always on it.
