Without a doubt the worst financial app and most unhelpful company I've ever had to deal with. Everything's fine until something goes wrong. I tried to redeem reward points...system didn't work and after several long chats and even longer phone calls and continual buck-passing between DJs and Latitude I've got absolutely nowhere and am owed hundreds of dollars. Be wary!!!!!

Mostly works ok, but Latitude payment processes are still in the dark ages. If you make a payment via the service centre on the app, basically a direct debit from another account, it takes 5 days before the funds are "available" to spend. Absolutely prehistoric. One day, two at the most, would be acceptable.

love the app when its working! i can see my balance, fees, whats owing etc. However it hasn't been working for a little while now, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. it's so frustrating! please fix this issue!
