Regret opening an account with ocbc. Reason; 1. The app closed down every time I try to go into the Transfer menu. Need to try many times. 2. Extra steps when making transfer; once transfer is successful, u have to go into the transaction status menu, find the transaction and then u can send the proof of payment to your recipient. 3. The transfer proof is in JPG not PDF. This is a big no for a business. Very hard to do documentation and very hard to find later, as it will be among other pics.

Quite easy to use. A bit challenging at first, but then much straight forward. Recommended to open an account, almost 100% online, except when to activate your debit card for payment, only need to go to the counter for activation.

Generally when it works, it's a good corp banking app by Malaysian standards. But recently I've been having a recurring issue where the app freezes (white screen) upon opening it and I cannot access any functionality at all. Reinstalled the app and still facing the issue, it miraculously resolved itself last time but can't rely on random luck to be able to approve transactions. Fix this please.
