First of all, this is a one-time-payment game with no ingame transactions and no ads, that kind of model should be supported on digital storefronts more. Second, this is a great game with tight control, difficult but not frustrating gameplay, simple but appealing art direction, and an excellent soundtrack. But I'm mostly rating it five stars because it doesn't have ads.

This is a new review. Previously, I gave GD mobile 2 stars. Since then, I've played it on a different device. That device runs the game much faster and at 60fps instead of 30. I was able to beat Deadlocked on the other phone, so gameplay depends on if you have a decent phone or not. When the game is at 60fps, it is MUCH more enjoyable. It's smoother and much more responsive. My only real complaint is the terrible hit boxes in a lot of levels, mainly platforming levels. 4/5

Hands down a fantastic game. Endless replay value. Challenging, addicting, just one more try vibes; played out with a rhythm element added with all of it coming together perfectly, making this one of the best games on mobile for years now. If thats not enough you can even create your own levels from start to finish, using the editor the game provides (including the ability to add your own music for the level). Totally solid, polished & near bug free. If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend u do
