This is saddening that i have to post something like this. But this is the ONLY company i have had a card through that "per company policy" dictates they cannot change your payment due date. I'm a veteran on a limited income and have come to notice their payment schedule is off for when i receive my payments every month, so every month I receive a late fee and knock on my credit due to this, because they refuse to shift the payment back a week. The bill gets paid late every month.

2nd update: Works fine now and easy to use. Update: I can’t get into my account because of the glitches in this app and their website. Very very inconvenient and frustrating. I'm taking away a couple stars. Please fix this. Very good experience. Sometimes the app is a little glitchy and keeps telling me there's a problem and then resolves itself which is why I gave it 4 stars but overall is a great app you can see your credit card info on.

Horrible experience, I received their card as I have others and when I went to activate i was having difficulty so I called and they said your social doesn't match, I disagree if it showing on my credit report, here I was trying to build credit and they set me back 20 points. I do not recommend this app or card to anyone. Milestone is a great one for credit building. I have been with them and will stay with them. Thanks for the damage to my credit One Financial.
