I made a purchase that I need to return. Customer Sevice cannot be accessed through the app and for some reason, when I'm logged into the app, it states I haven't made an order in the last 6 months when this order is from 2 weeks ago. When I try to go to their website, it brings me directly to the app. I will have to try from a computer, but this is an inconvenient app.

scrolling feels awkward and clunky. most of the fitted women's tops are cropped and you can't really filter the crop tops out. for the prices it's disappointing how many of the items are polyester both for the environment and quality. Popular items and item colors will be discontinued for seemingly no reason. The app itself is ok but these things could be improved.

If you like Urban Outfitters this app is a must have as it efficiently takes you to the site (no ads or promos) plus you get added benefits like new announcements about sales, updates on your lists and the contests have awesome prizes (fingers crossed one of these days)! If you don't know UO but enjoy shopping, finding unique items to wear, gift or decorate your home then you are missing out by not checking them out. I have issues with slower screen loads at times but that's it.
