I am knocking it down to 2 stars as support was completely useless. Also, today a location didn't even come up in the search results. I switched to Google Maps, got the address, but Waze could not locate it by typing or voice. It was giving results over 100 miles away. After speaking the entire address with city and state, it came up, but was the 2nd result with the first not even similar to the correct address. The search function needs a complete overhaul as it's inferior to Google Maps.

what happened Waze? You were a darn good nav app for thr past 10 years until recently. Now, you can't find an address or you just pick a random address that sounds like it. I have been routed to random locations and although I am a navigator, my spouse is not, and I would no longer trust your app to get her there safely. Your notifications have also turned into a nightmare. Not sure what's going on, but I am moving back to Google Maps.

Ever since Google bought Waze, it's been constant bugs. They are intentionally sabotaging this app with bugs to push users to Gmaps. The amount of bugs I experience daily as a delivery driver is impressive. From UI issues (ETA not displaying, screen dark, map randomly changing orientation, destinations not loading properly), to ridiculous pathing (choosing traffic instead of faster alternates, etc.), it just gets worse each update. Guess all the good engineers left.
