Most recent update is making the app show up twice on my phone. One in the normal pink and one in red. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it still happens. Otherwise app works decent except for checking in when I'm getting ready to pick up my order. It tells me that I'm too far from the store when I can literally see the store in front of me.

app was Frozen in processing mode, but I updated it and it seemed to have fixed it. overall good options. I don't like how tipping is so strongly presented.... if I'm not sitting down I don't usually tip. that being said, I do appreciate the work that their employees do. they are always positive and welcoming.

app is pretty easy to follow and track points. like being able to see the cookies of the week. Only reason for not giving 5 stars it it was a little more than difficult to place an online order through the app. it was like jumping through hoops. I ended up canceling the order. That part surprisingly wasn't very user friendly even though it initially looked simple enough. Still really like the app though.
