I needed a boost to remind me to exercise and quick and easy workouts that I didn't have to think about or plan out myself. This app fits the bill. It is not fancy (unless maybe when you pay for the premium option), but it works for me. The workouts have been just challenging enough that I am already seeing progress 1 week in, but not so challenging that I can't finish them or am horribly sore afterwards. Plus it's free!

despite all the ads it's actually a great app into fitness if you're a beginner or trying to start backin into working out. it does a good job keeping you accountable and tracking consitancy at the gym. they have videos in case you're not sure how do certain moves and have recommendations during the workout to make it easier or harder.

I've used this app on and off over the years using both the free and paid versions and I love it! It's great to help you start getting into shape or a routine or to restart your journey again. The app has everything you need to get moving more it's on you to act on those notifications it sends you. Highlights of this app are that you can adjust your workouts too so for example if you can't keep up with it upping that plank time each day you can decrease the time and still hit your goal.
