The facial recognition verification code is clearly malfunctioned. However instead of coming forward with the problem they cover it with customer service answers that are unrelated to the problem. It is near impossible to use the app for the final steps of registration! This is supposed to make remote access to government services possible. Yet it is laggy and very hard to use, especially if the person is abroad. Worst app ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could. What a shame.

Absolutely disgraceful. App verification doesn't work at all. Then the app suggests physical kiosks to complete verification, none of those locations have kiosks, I tried 7! Why are you forcing residents to use something that doesn't work. Expect better from a system that's supposedly "fully digital and state of the art". If I could give it 0 stars I would. Oh a no point in calling 60051111 either. They've been saying the issue will be fixed in a week or two, for the last 3 months!

The experience would be nice if the app operates well on each device but on some devices it stops on click continue for facial biometric verification. I have sofar bought to phones still the same issue
