Pretty mediocre, lots of ads, zoom feature doesn't work. The zoom is the most annoying thing. It's hard to do a 1200 piece on a small phone without the zoom, and using it only let's you zoom io to the top left corner. You can't drag the screen anywhere, you can't focus on other parts in any way. You're just stuck in the corner, super frustrating, especially since I'm only doing this to get rewards for another game. I don't even really wanna play this and it's now super inconvenient on top of tha

Hi! We appreciate your attention to our game 🧩 we want to clarify that there is no option to zoom a puzzle manually. The zoomed area is chosen automatically. You will be moved to the next area as soon as you complete the previous one 🙌

I enjoy the puzzles and have been using this app off & on since at least Feb. 2018. I've changed phones a couple of times (including Jan. 2025). Previously, it was EASY to get credit for the $4.99 "no ads" option I paid for in Feb. 2018, but THIS TIME it's been a PITA! Email after email and waiting what feels like (and I think is) days for a reply. I just sent a copy of my receipt from 2018; hopefully it will prove I've paid this "one-time fee." If not, I'm done with this app! TOOOO many ads!

Hello! We appreciate your long-time support and love for the puzzles. It sounds frustrating to face challenges with your "no ads" option, and we truly value your feedback. To restore it on the new device, you need to log in to the game with the same Google account you used to purchase the offer 🙌

I used to Love this app! Having ads pop up 4 to 5 times or more in each 1/4 (280piece puzzle) of the puzzle is ridiculous!!! I wouldn't mind having one or two at the end of a 1/4 but there are way to many and the are completely intrusive inside each quarter. I've had your app since very near the beginning and I am sincerely considering uninstalling it because of the unrelenting intrusion of ads. Please reconsider the amount and especially the placement of your ads.
