Make it easier to book two spots simultaneously. It's not okay to book a spot that *says* it has two open spots, only for it to lose one spot during the process if sending an invitation. Also, the search function is terrible. Trying to find a specific place doesn't show up. Also, if I can't reserve something, TELL ME WHY.

Free trial is a scam. after booking 1 class, you cannot book any other classes without upgrading to a full paid membership. this makes it impossible to get a feel for how the credit system works, like how the credits required increases after the first class. they want your money, and they know want to trick you with how the credits work. why give a free trial with so many credits of you can only use a few of them? also the app sucks. really poor UX and a lot of bugs.

Classpass will charge you for missed classes and cancelled reservations, even if you make a mistake and cancel right away. These fees are high enough to make the experience of the app inconvenient, because if the studio makes a mistake checking you in, you have to spend a long time talking to customer service to get rid of the $12 charge. The charge for cancelling right after signing up for a class makes no sense - no grace period for making a mistake. Cheaper to pay yoga studios directly.
