I just did my very first workout, once you sign up and personalize what level of strength you are at for your arms, legs, and core it takes care of everything else for you. The instructor is really easy to follow along with so if you don't know the exercise you can watch them before executing it. The only thing I am worried about is when my free trial is up and what is going to change in my app, since I know I can't pay for the membership.

overall great workouts. there's so many options and combinations that it's easy to stay engaged during each workout and over a long period of time. sometimes the exercises won't quite match up with the chosen "theme" of the workout, particularly during cooldown - such as a heavy abs workout that ends in stretches for the quads even though they weren't used. however, the music is good, the instructor voices are friendly, and the exercises feel like accomplishments! Great deal.

This whole suite of apps is fantastic! I love how customizable it is with workout times, intensities, and boosts. It's great for when I can only get a 10 minute workout in (also great for longer workouts, but ya know, keeps the excuses to a minimum) , and the variety keeps me from getting stuck in a rut. I also use the yoga app and it is well worth the money!
