This is based on the app and not Klarna as a whole. The app is extremely slow and constantly says something went wrong and won't load what is trying to be viewed. This is happening on Android, in my case, specifically on Samsung phones like S25 ultra and Z Fold 6. I'm not sure what needs to be done but an update with a fix to these issues is needed sooner than later.

Thanks Luis, we're sorry to hear you are having issues with the App performance. We kindly suggest reinstalling the App and resetting your phone. If you still have issues then we suggest clearing your cache and cookies and utilising a browser until these performance issues can be addressed. You may also wish to look at our browser extension.

WARNING klarna will randomly do duplicate payments already made out again, 6 days later as a "billing error" contacting them will do no good it's a "pre authorization" when it's unexpected and 2 weeks before Christmas this is a massive issue. They've been holding it for a week. They also largely go off your credit score, despite what they say it says "you are denied due to your credit score" for a 500 dollar fridge for example when my spending limit is 1k. On time payments don't benefit you.

Hi, we're sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing some trouble with our services. When an order is attempted, an authorization hold is placed on the account. If that order is not fully processed with the merchant, we immediately release the hold back to you. Your financial institution may take 5-7 business days to reflect the refund.

Having trouble getting my info to load. And my loyalty cards. Had to go online to get anything done in my account. When I contact the company they claim they don't see an issue on their end and trying to do anything on the web version has been so difficult. I had to reinstall the stocard app just to get my loyalty cards.

Hi Chante', we're sorry to hear this. For loyalty cards, try refreshing the Wallet screen by pulling down to see if your cards appear. If they still do not appear, it might be due to a bug or a different email being used than the one in the Stocard app. You can use your loyalty cards without internet. Just tap them to display. We hope this helps.
