Never buying from big chain again! NGL, I was skeptical as heck at first, but the frames were only $42 that I chose (even with the script). They came, and I can't believe how nice they are (I was expecting some temu quality stuff lol). In all honesty, the quality is better than a few pairs that I bought at local optometrist where I'm at. I'm planning on just getting my exam, and one frame from my optometrist, and then buying everything else here! My eyeglass game is about to go crazy lol! šš¤š„ø

Good AR feature, gives you a good sense. Really like that feature. But the app is overly aggressive. Every time you try to quit AR mode to try a different pair, it asks you whether you want to leave, and then immediately throws another pop-up to sign-in. I haven't decided I want to buy from you yet, I don't need an account. And if you want to take a photo to use it as a sample for trying glasses, it asks for more permissions than it needs.

I'm using Android Google Pixel 3 ~ the try on feature didn't work online; it wouldn't upload my picture. So, I downloaded the app. There was some progress, as I was able to either take a picture, and/or upload one. However, that's as far as it went. I tried different frames, but the frames would not load on my face. I also had to reload my image with each new frame.
