I put a refund request through kiwi as my wallet was stolen and I was unable to board the previously booked flights. Kiwi did not include the details of my refund in when contacting the airlines resulting in my refund being classified as voluntary. Not only failing to secure my refund but also creating a hurdle blocking me from requesting it myself. This is an egregious error and puts me out of 800+ dollars, which is bad enough but I also paid extra for their "enhanced support". I'm not happy.

I had a frustrating experience using this app to book my flight. My ticket was changed unexpectedly, and the courier was unable to check me in. Their customer service was unresponsive, and I ended up waiting at the airport and missing my flight. When I requested a refund, I was told it could only be issued if requested 48 hours in advance. I felt scammed and want to warn others about their poor service.

Do not use this site to book your flights. They sell a lot of cheap options with the "self-transfer" hack, but that comes with a lot of hidden added fees that are not included in the initial cost and that the website does not make clear at the time of booking (such as specs of baggage may be different between the different legs of the flight). I recently requested a refund in the amount of the additional money that I had to pay for the concern, and they blew me off. Will not be using them again.
