A/C temp on app doesn't sync up correctly with the thermostat. Sometimes my app will say the heater is on the when the thermostat is set to cool. Other than that... meh 12/24 App has been updated. Still doesn't sync up. Unfortunately for me, I don't want to spend what little time I have on the the phone with technical support. You know the issue, from other reviews as well. Please just fix

I hate this app. Not only is it super slow, but It's constantly breaking where I have to uninstall and reinstall it. That's the last thing you want when you're just trying to get into you apartment with groceries and kids. Update, this app keeps getting worse. I have had to uninstall and reinstall several times in one day (I have a new samsung galaxy s24 ultra, so it's not my phone).

Anything this app is supposed to let you do, you can do faster and better by doing it yourself. Good luck if you want to unlock your door with a single button press when you get there. Your commands will not work half the time. If they do work, it will take at least 30 seconds mininum. You have to reinstall this app multiple times to even get it to login. Nothing is wrong with my network. It's fast. On OnePlus 12.
