Edit: It's become worse... Now it asks you to rate it every time you open the app, even after you've done so. Bare minimum of a banking app, no way to view statements: it just provides a laundry list of purchase prices (not the item or seller) and payments made (on a different page). It is literally only useful for making payments which, sure, is really all you need but just feels unfinished. Just go to the website...

I opened this account over 2 years ago and rarely used it. After not using it for so long they closed my account. Thats gonna hurt my credit score I've been trying so hard to build. Because I'm losing credit history, and a line of credit. So my overall credit limit dropped, ultimately increasing my credit usage. If they are going to force you to use the card then they should have some sort of inactivity fee. Rather than close your account for inactivity. Highly disappointed...

I used to be able to just open the app on my phone and manage my card. Now all the sudden I have to log in. I had to reset my password and look up my user name since I hadn't had to log in in years, but still can't log in. I called Synchrony twice and both times (eventhough I have my card and gave them my info) they won't help me get in. I am trying to pay this card off, but I don't even know how much I owe. Extremely frustrating
