app was great until they changed their rewards program, making it much more difficult to earn rewards and making your points worth much less. I now have to earn twice as many points just to get the same free drink I've been getting for over a year. highly disappointed in the greed and especially the way they try to phrase these changes as being something positive for the customer. Definitely a huge let down and will be using scooters much less often

New update killed the app. You can't sign in and it's disappointing because I had rewards saved. It wasn't seemless and you need to just revert back to the old app. EDIT: The rewards system is garbage now, you don't really get anything unless your buying a drink there multiple times a week, they even changed the birthday rewards. I will just be uninstalling and passing on scooters altogether.

The app functions well. My only issue is the lack of customization options when ordering ahead on the app. For example, I can't order a cold brew with ½ flavor or add a shot of espresso, but the store has options to ring it up with those options if I order in person.
