UniFi

I've been using the Unifi app to manage my network, and it's been a great experience. Setting up E7 Hotspots and the Dream Machine was super easy—just a few steps in the app, and everything was up and running without any hassle. What I really like is how much control I have from my phone. The app lets me monitor devices, tweak security settings, and even manage guest networks on the fly. There are plenty of advanced options too, but the interface makes everything easy to navigate.

Since app updated beyond 10.20.1, I have been completely unable to connect to my standalone U6-Lite AP. Zero issues connecring and controlling the AP from a different device that still has UniFi app ver 10.20.1 installed on it. On newer revisions (10.21.6), it just immediately fails to connect and asks to retry in an endless loop. This needs to be fixed. I shouldn't have to keep a backup control device so I can reboot an AP that's on the ceiling occasionally. Otherwise, old app works great.

Absolute garbage. Can't see logs for individual devices, navigation UI sucks, submitting a support ticket does not work (says submitting ticket forever, then cannot go back to submitted tickets). Udm goes offline because of their stupid software update that broke the device but the app doesn't show you the last logged event, the app is just offline so you have no clue what happened. What's the point of cloud access? Worthless. My TP link routers and app were better than this.
