Horrible! My account was hacked by an Ulta employee and when I called to to inform that the person is still able to access the account even after the password was changed multiple times, they still only sent a password reset link. The security of the app is terrible! Further, the app does not allow you to apply coupons on most occasions, and the apply button keeps popping up each time you tap it. There is a glitch.

The app is awful and has been awful for a while. The pages load so slow if they even load at all. I haven't been able to buy anything off the app in months because I keep getting an error message with my ulta card and the shipping. I tried to call customer service, and they said it was my fault for trying to submit the payment multiple time but couldn't tell me why it messed up in the first place. It has now been a month since that first incident, and I'm still receiving the same error message.

The update seems to have fixed the booking issue. We will see when I make the next appointment if it sticks. The booking system is awful and even just booking an appointment is difficult now. it takes so many more steps than it used to a year ago. half of the time, when you go to booking, it just leaves you on a blank white page. nothing ever loads so you have to keep closing down and trying again until it works.
