It's... fine. Kind of a nothingburger of a game, if that makes sense - it has lots of cute art and animations and references to the Chiikawa manga, but there’s not really much gameplay to be had. Idle sidescroller battles are already a very oversaturated genre of mobile games and this one isn't really any fun at all. The only draw for me as a fan of the manga is the sheer number of references and such. There was clearly a lot of effort put into the game, I just wish it had been better spent.

The game has some issues like text becoming hard to read after doing draws. Everything costs real money. Should be able to use your gems for more things other than just draws like replenishing mowing hearts or buying special battle tickets. Everything is stuck behind a paywall. Some things aren't that expensive but everything in the store costs actual money except for the weapon and assistance draws. I'm all for buying things but this is way too much.

Game is cute & sorta fun. Honestly, a bit disappointing. Watching ads are necessary to progress at a reasonable pace & the only way to avoid this is buying the golden passport. One important character, Kani, is on the main loading screen but not available in the game at all. There's also a major visual bug with most of the text. Despite the simple graphics and mechanics, the game is unreasonably demanding and needs optimization. Chiikawa deserves a better game.
