I will go ahead and admit how good this app is with its progressions but I will go ahead and say that it does try to push you a little too hard. Doing 40 reps each leg for 3 sets for lunges for example seems a bit too much for the 1st-2nd level. Now I understand it builds you up but I wish it did that more as a progressive program per stage. Not sure if that makes sense.

I got this app no more than a few days ago, and immediately liked it. It's straightforward, easy to follow along, and knowing that what I am doing is literally going to push me forward to my goal means I don't feel like I'm doing things aimlessly. not every exercise in how you do it is perfectly clear, so sometimes I wonder if I have proper form or if I'm doing it right. they do, however, have a library of all the different moves/skills more deeply explained, so that helps. š

I'm cancelling my subscription before the free trial is up. I like the free version better and only wanted access to the 1-arm pushup series. I hate the "coach" thing and if I would have known there was no way to turn it off, I never would have entered my card number. The free version goes straight to the skill list, which is the only thing I want to work on. I know my schedule and my body better than your algorithm. The pro version is clunky and works against you if you don't want the coach.
