Fastbreak members can access all of their rentals in one place. Easily view upcoming, current and past rentals. Access receipts, modify upcoming rentals and rebook past rentals for your convenience.

I had the worst experience ever with Budget Car Rental. I would never recommend them. They have hidden fees. When I was down in Orlando, they had an associate there who spoke very poor English and told me to get the insurance and the SunPass and it doesn't matter everybody purchases it. That added about $340 extra from what I agreed to pay the first time. when we called to speak with them I went over some of the fees and because they had no answers for the extra charges the phone she hung up.

I have tried to edit my time for pickup and enter a credit card information at least 8 times. In addition, it couldn't find my reservation because it had FAST at the end of it. 😠It's has been an impossible task. You have to go through all of these steps just to change the time. After that, it says my cc has expired!! Not loving the Budget rental app.

Absolutely the worst rental car experience ever! Counter agents were lazy, inefficient and just plane rude. The car was even worse! Absolutely filthy inside and out. Touch screen was broken, so no radio, no heating, cooling or defrost. Brown sticky substance on dash and passenger seat. Exterior door panel gone-fell off or stolen?? Budget doesn't even know, cause they probably haven't even looked at the car since the last 300 people put 68k miles on it. Come on Budget!
