The app doesn't let you stay logged in and there is no biometric option for sign in so you have to type your email and password every time you open the app. I have not been able to download any of my bills for the past 6 months - it keeps telling me 'download unsuccessful'. I opted in for paper bills on the app because of this and haven't received them either.

This app is literal garbage. The most important issue is that their security protocol has the app sign you out after so many days of inactivity so then you don't get billing notifications which I rely on to remember it's time to pay a bill. The usage and billing data portions of the app seem to be intentionally confusing. I hate monopoly utilities.

The app always refuses to load or display bill information, and it repeatedly non-consentually enrolls you in paperless billing, which emails you a link, to the website, where your bill can't be displayed. Using autopay results in charges higher than what the app says your balance due is. But you can't double check, b/c they're hiding the bill. E-Payments are intentionally held for a week or more as 'pending' in an effort to get them to bounce. Super shady. Highly unethical. Complete Trash.
