Every time I've tried to use it travelling it has stopped working. Last time was 7/13 and I sent prob 4 emails none of which have been answered as of yet and it's been 1 full business week. I wouldn't recommend loungekey to my worst enemy at this point. Update: it took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a password reset and the link they sent didn't work. I responded immediately and it's been another week at least and crickets. I don't understand how a travel related platform can be this bad..

Terrible experience š¤¬. During the registration it tells me that there are 2 errors, but there is nothing highlighted or marked as a problematic š¤·š¼āāļø. So the error is not helpful at all and blocks me from completing the registration. For the record, I'm 100% sure that I put everything there correctly.

Scam. Charged me for reservation fee on my card no problem. When it came to paying the lounge itself, the app wouldn't let me add the card to my account, and didn't give me a reason. Lost my money, and couldn't use the lounge. Do not use - scam.
