I'm having a problem on the explorer app where I go and watch about two videos and then the videos start glitching and the whole screen turns green and the only way that I can get it back to normal is by restarting my phone but it only is okay for about two videos and I really don't want to download the app I'd like to see your guys's exclusive content so support can help me out with this or something that would be awesome

I enjoyed the app however, I got locked out of my account for no reason. I never did anything to hurt anyone or anything I just watched the streams and the videos. When I got signed out I tried to sign back in or make a new account but every time it continued to pop up a message that says "sorry you don't have an invite" or something like that which made me upset. I have not been able to sign up or log in for a while. Overall great app experience except for that.

Love the app but I got removed from the service for no reason, I got the monthly digest email then 2 days later I check the app and it states "Looks like you were removed from XPLR Club 2.0 by your host." I tried emailing the company to figure out what happened but it just kept giving me automated emails.. I hope it gets fixed cuz I loved the app
