First time buying computer parts, but I am very satisfied with both prices and speed of delivery. Every item arrived either on time or early. The one item I'm having problems with is coming from china, so no shocker. Overall, I am very satisfied with ordering from here, and I would recommend it for any first-time shoppers. On top of that, their customer service is fast and great from what I've experienced.

Update: its been 3 years and when I try to look at any kind of listing the screen just goes black and gets stuck like that even after updating the app, this is a joke. Says the app needs an update yet fails everytime same with reinstalling the app, guess it's not going on my phone again and no other apps are doing this so you can't blame my phone.

The app was fine, no problems once I learned to navigate the store. everything you need to know about your purchase is at your finger tips. I have been doing business with Newegg for many years and this app is a considerable improvement for shopping & placing orders via phone instead of on the PC.
