It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

I enjoy my Soundcore app because it allows me to adjust the functions for each headphone. Such as how many taps do what action on eash headphone. I also absolutely love the shape and how they fit on my ears. I have very small ears and have always had an issue with headphones staying in my ears or even on my ears with the ones that have clips to hang on the ear. These ones actually stay in place without me having to wear a headband holding them in. And the sound quality and volume is great.

I've been using the buds for a week now. Mostly a positive experience. But I've noticed some issues with the app. 1. The alarm needs new settings. Better sounds, a more gradual volume increase, and an easy dismiss or snooze. 2. When I turn off rest mode, it often states that there has been a network error and doesn't record rest data. Either that, or when I wake, rest mode is simply off already. 3. The tap functions on the buds rarely work. It would seem to be a connection issue.
