Customer service is extremely slow. The interface is deceptive. I ended up paying for 4 luggage places instead of one and the support simply said: "well, just don't use it". I hope they go bankrupt soon!

Hi, Dmitry! We're sorry to hear that :( As we can see, there were four tickets purchased by you at a rate that includes luggage, thus, four pieces of luggage are available in this reservation. In the future we recommend you to make two bookings with different rates (one that includes luggage, and another one that doesn't).

Turkish Airlines canceled my flight in 2021, and I requested a refund through OneTwoTrip. Since then, I have never received my money back. Customer support only replies with template messages and does nothing to actually solve the problem

Horrible service. No customer support - it just doesn't work. "There's nothing I can do" - is the best answer you'll ever get. Tried using their loyalty card - made the top-up, and now my money is just stuck there. Can't purchase anything - not receiving the CVC code by SMS. Can't transfer the money back to my bank account - need to upgrade the loyalty card to get that feature, which also doesn't work. Guys, use yandex or google or booking or a zillion other WORKING solution. NEVER AGAIN!!!
