I got their One Blade shaver by mail. No manual or documentation. QR code on the inside of the box, offering you to "discover.. it's benefits.. styling tips" Sounds nice. Go to the app. "Log in, or sign up" I bought a shaver, not a membership. I think it's a good idea on it's own, it's not the biggest deal, it's just bad form, leading to this app and not just up front giving operating info, with no friction. It could at least direct me to web for manual. Poorly thought out consumer experience.

The look and feel is not great since the last update and it disconnected my device. Customer service team was quick to respond and help me get my device connected again so I am amending my review up to 4 stars for the support.

Hi, sorry you're facing these issues. Press and hold the shaver power button for 12 seconds. Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Select the shaver and press 'forget device.' Restart the app, then try to pair again. If the problem persist, please contact us via Facebook (@Philips), X (@PhilipsCare) or the Philips website contact page.

New to the app but the razor itself is amazing. My wife is about to buy herself one after getting me this one as an early gift. it can be used everywhere and is strong enough to cut thick coarse hair, yet gentle enough for more delicate areas. Just be careful in those delicate areas, it can still nick you :(
