US customer here. I'm enjoying the bank and its services so far, but the performance of the app is terrible. Everytime there is an update, which seems to be often, the app hangs on loading screen without any notification or feedback as to what is happening. I have to manually clear the cache and force stop the app, update it in the app store, restart my phone and then MAYBE it will work. I'm a fan of the bank, guys, but please fix the app -- it's a key component of an online bank it's failing.

Super unhappy with the services of Revolut. I cannot deposit money on this account in any way, the deposits are not accepted or fail and the option of adding using a card is not available in the app at least for mine. No easy way to get help to solve the problem. Frustrating! Open is easy, but once you have a problem is a nightmare!

Overall app is ok but then there are verification processes and address validation processes which are repetitive and super buggy. After spending hours trying to resolve it and the account getting blocked over we moved all funds and entire business activity to a different bank. I understand these verifications are a requirement, what I don't understand and don't accept is that this process is VERY buggy and keeps coming back to previous screens.
