I’ve been using Trust for a while now, and it has truly elevated my online transaction experience. The platform is super easy to navigate, and the security features give me peace of mind knowing my transactions are safe and protected. Whether I’m making payments or transferring funds, everything feels seamless and reliable. The verification process is quick and efficient, and I love how Trust offers multiple payment methods, making it convenient for me to handle different transactions.

I have had it for a few years now, and I haven't had issues until lately. Transfers to the wallet started to not show up. I sent a ticket which in itself is very hard to do, because you have to go through their chat bot, there is no guidance on that. I eventually just figured it out. After sending the ticket, they just sent me the same walk through thats on their help page. I don't know if anyone is actually reading the tickets or that's automated as well. In the end, my coins are still missing.

Total wallet balance and individual token balances on main screen are not auto updating. Have to end up tapping on each individual token for balance to update and display for that token. I've tried previous steps on my end to correct the issue, but nothing's worked. Please reply back and/or fix this issue! Other than this, it's a great app.
