It's been almost THREE (3) months since the "Rewards" tab has worked. It never loads, just a blank white screen. I have cleared cache and app data, logged out and back in, uninstalled/ reinstalled and still nothing works. I've missed out on daily login points, can't enter for prizes or enter the gameday promo code or earn points for attending the game. The "bids" and "gameday challenge" tabs both work just fine. SMH This is ri-damn-diculous.

GameDay Challenge is absolutely broken. Generally doesn't update. Often simply refuses to load. Points are never up to date and questions have no audio alerts so you can't actually participate and watch the actual game. Game repeatedly give me "your answer doesn't count" error. So that's fun. Because questions have 10 second windows any interruption ensures you lose, however small. Don't go pee! The "cheers" feature is people pressing the button to spam your screen with trash. Dumb.

App needs a huge update. It used to open and get stuck after switching tabs. Now it won't open at all for the last several weeks, just freezes on all white screen w/ chiefs logo. The app was also supposed to offer all preseason games from what I read online. The only one I was able to get was the last half of the first game, while I was visiting MO, which was also difficult to even get playing. As soon as I went back to FL, it would only offer radio. Deleting app/relying on others for now.
