Went through the process of setting the account and adding people, but the home screen is blank. The people added, though we cant see them, can message my kid, but my kid can't send messages out without using the notification of receiving a message that only drops down for a couple seconds before it's gone. It like this across three different devices. In the parent portal, I can see who has messaged my kid, but not what. Even the "Help Center" comes up blank.

Since the update, my daughters contacts have all disappeared. The only contacts that she has are the groups. If she tries to add them individually using their code, it tells her that "she can't add someone who is already added". I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried to see if there was something I could do from the parent dashboard, and there is not. Up until now, I've liked this app, but now it won't even let her message me unless she messages me in the group with her sister

There are so many problems with this app.-1 ⭐ I have trouble with my screen on video chat most of the time. Also happening with my friends. -1⭐ Please fix this. I can't find my pictures either and when I click the gallery it only shows about 45 of my photos. I can't send a lot of pictures to my friends. 😔-1 ⭐ Can't see any pictures I have sent to my friends. Even worse, after a while the pictures are all dark.-1 ⭐ I'm hoping these issues will be fixed bc some are still a problem after 3-4 yrs.
