I really like this game, I used to play it a few years ago and installed it again for the nostalgia, but a few things seem to be missing: the friends button, the different customers (I only have the boy and the girl and I am already level 10)... There's also no way to save my progress so if I uninstall it to try to fix the issue my progress will most likely be gone. Please fix this!!

this game was my childhood and it's nice. it would be better if there were a backup feature and the restore account like in the past, because I already lost my old account. Also some of the animation keep bugging (ex: the carousel spinning with no customer on it, or some customers lagging and moving towards a corner of the mall). the back up features are what I need most though because I've progressed so far, I'm afraid of losing it if anything happens

To the developer: Please add a backup feature to the game. Whenever it is uninstalled or accidentally exits, all the progress made resets to zero, which wastes time and effort. The game is great, but no one will want to reinstall it if they keep losing all their progress and have to start over. I returned after 3 years of not playing because I lost my phone and there was no backup. I was at level 16, but when I exited the app and came back, it prompted me to create a new account again. 😔🥲😞
