Wish I could give it 0 stars! This is a downgrade from the Lorex Home app. This one we lost features! I have an android and was able to set it up to capture "events" clips when motion is detected. My husband has an iphone, and can't get it to capture them. Also, when you go to playback, it does not have a different color to signify when there was motion, so good luck finding anything! I try to change region on the app, because the time is an hour ahead, but it just closes the app on me.

The app still has not been optimized for foldable devices or Android 15. Using the app on a foldable device is just daunting. The company has no desire to listen to user feedback and optimize its app for foldables such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, which is in its sixth generation. They won't even update their app icon to the adaptive style that was implemented in Android YEARS AGO!!! Extremely disappointing...

difficult to switch between cameras difficult for playing back difficult for downloading footage not intuitive at all the app makes the camera system a deal-breaker even the "Q-see" Cameras were not as good but the phone app was easy to use and intuitive .
