Sorta, kinda worked then it didn't. I can no longer use the app to access the facility nor am I able to read any messages received. As an aside Public Storages recently bought out the facility I've had my things at for years and all I can say is I will be moving all 11 of my units to a different storage place immediately. rent on all of my units was increased 30-40% and for what reason? All units are still the same size and location isn't any more secure than before. complete bs.

I called around to many storage units and found this one to be the best for my needs. It's an upgraded facility. Clean and feels safe when I have had to go after dark to unload items. Gina, one of the people who works there, was amazingly helpful and easy to talk to. She made the process much less overwhelming. *****The new update makes the app USELESS!!! Talked with Gina and she said others were having issues too but hadn't seen what the app was pulling up for me as of yet. Garbage app.

The app is just serviceable. I had an issue with the door code to access my unit and no one was there to help me(in person, by phone, by text messages). The most terrible experience I have encountered regarding a storage unit. The lock has been broken for 3 days and no one seemed to care to fix it. When I contacted their customer service to access to my unit, I was told that the issue would be fixed in 24 hours. I missed my tee time and all the appointments for today. I would not recommend PS.
