It’s become an infuriating ad-fest. Every time you open the app, you’re hit with a massive, intrusive ad that you can’t skip right away. It’s beyond ridiculous. This app used to be great—I didn’t even mind the small ads at the bottom. But now? They’ve doubled down, stuffing ads everywhere—at the bottom, in pop-ups, and worst of all, those obnoxious full-screen ads that take forever to clear before you can actually use the app. What was once a fantastic app has been complete mess.

I used a paid version for a month and it worked well for most part. Notifications never popped up or popped up after few hours when cases were updated even when notifications were enabled. When I manually refreshed the case, it suddenly showed an update and then would revert back to old update, till I would refresh again. Remove the bugs, add new features and it will be worth it. Lacks comparative analytics.

Really easy to use. Very intuitive. It would be nice if it could query de 80% expected resolution date and the date when you can call UCIS for an update if case has not been resolved and lastly on top of that if it could also trigger a notification to the user whenever the case has passed any of those dates. Maybe with a progress bar or something like that, it would be helpful to know where the case is based on UCIS statistics.

Thank you for your feedback. We have found predictions to be unreliable as USCIS do not always process cases in sequence order. This causes anxiety and sets unrealistic expectations with people. We are looking into adding more capabilities and additional alerts in future updates.
