Pretty much my fav ticket app now. This app has recently usurped Ticketmaster for a lot of reasons: - i can easily track my favorite artists/sports teams - i can, at a glance, see what tickets cost at different venues, so i can plan travel - i can easily access my ticket without clicking a lot of different buttons; Just overall a great app! ::edit:: i kind of need this app to tell me events of my fav artists. it's NOT ok that i see zero events for someone playing at a major music festival.

will not allow to disable ad notifications. this app groups ticket notifications with ads. ads occur multiple times per day. incredibly frustrating. If you request support with an agent, an agent will reach out to you randomly 6 to 8 hours after you request to talk to someone and then they will disconnect a few minutes after. You use this app you will be on your own.

I went to purchase tickets and received a message that the tickets were already sold. I went and purchased another set and it turns out the first transaction actually went through. When I chatted with support, they said they do not refund on their UI issues. All sales are final. Worst experience ever. Do not use SeatGeek!
