With OctoStudio, you can create animations and games on your mobile phone or tablet – anytime anywhere. Take photos and record sounds, bring them to life with coding blocks, and send your projects to friends and family.

Create an animated story using your own artwork, a musical instrument that plays sounds when you jump – or anything else you imagine!

OctoStudio is developed by the Lifelong Kindergarten group, the MIT Media Lab team that invented Scratch, the world’s most popular coding language for young people.

OctoStudio is completely free of charge - with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no data collected. Create projects without needing an internet connection. Available in more than 20 languages.

It seems like scratch, but on your phone. There's no mathematical functions that aren't the basic 4 (+-×÷). It would be nice to see others, like log or powers. The available coding functions are also pretty basic. That's great for the targeted age demographic, but for older people or just anyone who want a more in depth experience, I would recommend Fancade.

for me...this app is good, can make any game what I think, but the problem, if I start in Fullscreen, the sprite is can move! and if I share my project, anybody can edit my project :( this is make me feel 💀, pls fix the Fullscreen bug, Fullscreen bug is like Fullscreen, but the sprite is can move! I don't like that :( pls fix, and the project if I share anybody can edit my project, pls fix developer!

God, do you think it's playful?, come, have a look at how many demos the app shows? It has little functionality, how do I let the avatar move to where my finger taps? it's a good app,but it's far from completely playable
