Location tracking is not completely accurate. your position also tends to shift for unknown reasons. Couple that with app related penalties like increased charges for keeping the driver waiting makes use the app frustrating. I'm also unable to process card transactions for reasons that aren't related to my bank and attempts to troubleshoot the issue like clearing the card and re-inputting don't resolve anything. It might just be a me thing, but in the case it's not, it's a massive problem.

Used in Budapest. The app and the service works very well. Thank you. ---------- Different story in London. Plenty of cars available, but none of them want to take the job. Bolt suggests spending more money (why not get it right first time?) Someone eventually takes it but is very far away.

It's not that great here in Thailand. Lately, we've been getting drivers 9+ minutes away, and when they don't cancel the ride, they keep on going in loops until you get fed up and cancel them or they will call you to cancel the ride. It happened just then again. The app is great. The drivers, not so much. The problem is when you really need a ride, you can't rely on this service. That's the point. At least not where I live.
