Pretty decent for a yoga app. You have many class options. Most are PST, which doesn't jive well for east coast folks.

I absolutely love this app and look forward to doing Yoga Nidra every night however lately the app will not let me access it so I cannot partake in the yoga.

This Veterans Yoga Project app is the gateway to a truly inspiring activity. Since discovering VYP a month or so ago, I have participated in at least 2 Yoga classes a day and some days as many as 4 classes. Yoga for veterans and their families and friends is an extremely healthy exercise and pastime.
