My experience with the program is very bad, as it is not possible to pay by credit card when renewing the work contract. Every time the data is refilled, the program requests the purchase of an insurance policy, as more than 3 insurance policies were purchased for the same transaction, and the procedures are complicated for communicating with the technical support at the ministry.

Can't open application always problem very poor server should be need to improve and provide the facility to open app for all concerned user. Hope this app best working in future.

Thanks for the online TAWJEE for saving employees time. But please change your new verification for Video recording on online TAWJEE. "LOOK DOWN, LOOK UP, LOOK RIGHT, LOOK LEFT, LOOK CENTER". Some employees has to watch the video repeatedly because after following the video recording instructions, it's saying, CANNOT VERIFY and screen automatically exited after 3rd recording and we have to watch again the video. Previous one is more easier.
