I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

Dear developers, the app auto-disables the ability to use the flashlight of the device when scanning an order or taking a photo to confirm I left the delivery at the customer's door which is an issue at nighttime. Please either allow us to use the flashlight of our phones or include a button in the app to switch the flashlight on/off. Many thanks

I've got a new phone (OnePlus Nord 4) and the app won't recognise the numbers when you try to scan the order ticket. This has worked perfectly on all my previous phones. The camera opens perfectly but it just won't recognise any numbers no matter how long you give it. I have to go through and manually take an image. very frustrating. please look into this bug
