Now I can't sign in at all. "Something went wrong. Try again." Successfully reset password, but same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't use the app very often, so don't know when this started, but was happening about a month ago and is still happening (didn't try in between because was hoping it would be fixed by an app update). Even better than fixing signin would be: don't make me sign into a mobile app at all. Let me just sign into the router, like previous Netgear routers did.

This app is junk like Netgear products. Most of the times, it cannot connect to the router even though my phone IS connected to the router. When it connects, it shows that there are no devices connected to either of the satellites even though when I login to the satellites, there are devices connected. When doing speedtest, the test results fail to update as test is going on and in 2025, no dark mode. This app should be kicked out.

I have very strong and fast internet. I wish the app let me prioritize gaming and laptops, since we have so many smart home devices. after setting up the mesh system yesterday, there is still a ghost wifi called Netgear but abbreviated. idk why that's there and the password doesn't work. but orbi Wi-Fi works well. wish there was an explanation about that.
