Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. By the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near your nutrition targets. With our automatic meal planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you. All you have to do is follow the plan.

We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a single day meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like.

As a premium user, you'll have access to the weekly meal planner that allows you to automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track.

Does an alright job but I don't know that it's worth paying for. When I try swapping part of a recommended meal, it doesn't make it easy to pick a replacement that fits my macro goal. That takes a lot of clicking around for answers. Also would have liked it if they broke down where my macros were coming from without more clicking around.

BEST APP FOR LEARNING HOW MUCH AND WHAT TO EAT!!!!! It gives you exactly how much to put in a recipe for a single serving or several servings. there's choices to change up meals you like or don't like. it is completely customizable. EXTREMELY EASY TO USE. Macros and calendar of meals are all included for free!!!!! I've tried lots of apps but this is by far the absolute BEST

I've recently started it, but I have one major problem. Maybe this is a premium feature, but I really wish there was the ability to add ingredients that you have in your pantry and/or request that only easier recipes be included. While things like cantaloupes may be common for some, I never have any in my fridge, for example. I think this app could be great but, personally, there isn't much I can use

What’s new

We're constantly working on improvements to make planning your meals as easy as possible!
This latest release makes recurring foods easier to manage. Foods will now show when they're part of a recurring collection on a meal.
It removes the thumbs up / thumbs down ratings; giving a food a thumbs up stopped having an effect on the generator, and thumbs down was replaced with the ability to block a food.
It also reorganizes the meal settings page to hopefully make the page easier to use.
